This contract role has been created to bring senior product leadership into a high-potential subscription area that already generates recurring revenue but needs to be fully optimised or taken to the next level. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping shape the future of a consumer fintech product that plays a critical role in helping users borrow smarter, stay protected, and feel more in control of their financial wellbeing.
Role Highlights - Own and evolve the subscription strategy across a core consumer fintech product
- Define where the product should go long-term while delivering near-term optimisation
- Lead pricing, packaging, and conversion improvements across the customer journey
- Drive structured experimentation through A/B testing and insight-led decision-making
- Work hands-on with design and engineering to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
You Will Need - You must have subscription experience in a B2C/D2C environment
- Proven experience building, scaling, and optimising subscription products
- A strong growth mindset with evidence of driving measurable commercial impact
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and cutting through ambiguity
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with in-the-now product delivery
- You do not need fintech experience
